Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Phui Man Sam. He is a 77 year-old male Asian who was last contacted on November 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., on the 21000 block of East Covina Boulevard in the city of Covina.
Phui is 5’01” tall, 104lbs, with brown eyes, gray hair, and has a mustache. He was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt with “Levi’s” logo and gray sweatpants.
Phui is diagnosed with dementia. He has a possible destination of 20800 block of East Arrow Highway in Covina.
There is concerned for his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
