Homicide Bureau investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joel Daniel Garcia, who is wanted for attempted murder. Garcia is a 19-year-old Hispanic male, 6’01”, 160lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
On Sunday, October 30, 2022, at 12:24 a.m., two male Hispanic victims were shot and killed, two other male Hispanic victims were also shot and injured, on the 17000 block of East Bellbrook Street, in the unincorporated area of Covina. Joel Daniel Garcia has been identified as a suspect. Garcia should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.
