Accident Hwy 21 at Ladys Island Dr on Ladys Island. All SB lanes on Hwy 21 and NB lanes on Ladys Island Dr blocked. 
A three motor vehicle accident has occurred on Highway 21 at Lady's Island Drive on Lady's Island. All southbound lanes on Highway 21, as well as all northbound lanes on Lady's Island Drive are blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution and should expect significant delays when traveling towards Saint Helena Island. Thank you for your patience & cooperation.
