Attempted Homicide
At 6:29 PM on 10-19-2022 Janesville Police Officers were sent to 1020 North Osborne for a stabbing. The victim a 19-year-old female was stabbed an estimated 5 times, which resulted in life-threatening injuries. At the time of this release, the victim is still in surgery. The suspect Asher J. Spitz 19 was taken into custody without incident.
