INCIDENT: Barricaded Armed Suspect

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) personnel are responding to assist San Gabriel Police Department with a barricaded armed suspect. The incident was reported on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at approximately 9:23 a.m., on the 100 block of Broadway in the city of San Gabriel.
SEB personnel will assume tactical command and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) is attempting to make contact with the suspect to bring this to a peaceful conclusion.
The surrounding homes have been evacuated for the safety of the residents.
