Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from Century Sheriff’s Station responded to the 2300 block of East El Segundo Boulevard in Compton regarding a person down call.
The incident occurred on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at approximately 2:00AM.
When deputies arrived they found the victim, a male Hispanic, 20-30 years of age, suffering from apparent gun shot wounds. The victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information at this time.
