Police Respond to Shooting in Oyster Bay Apartments 
For Immediate Release: October 3, 2022
Just after 3:00 PM on October 3, 2022 officers responded to the Oyster Bay apartment complex, off of W. California Avenue, for shots fired. Officers received reports that the suspect was firing rounds from an AR style rifle. Arriving officers located evidence confirming the discharge of a rifle.
The incident is under investigation by the APD – Criminal Investigation Division. Detectives are asking residents to review their surveillance cameras for any footage that may assist with the investigation.
