Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male Hispanic adult in the city of Palmdale.
Deputies from the Palmdale Station responded to a “Gun-Shot Victim” call for service near the 1000 block of E. Avenue R in Palmdale. The incident occurred on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at approximately 12:14 A.M.
When deputies arrived, they located a male Hispanic adult unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gun-shot wound. Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
There is no suspect information.
This investigation is on-going and there is no additional information available at this time.
