ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Lawnzel Lang. He is a 59-year-old male Black who was last contacted on June 27th, 2022 at 3:00 a.m. on the 1300 block of south Sloan Avenue in Compton.
Lawnzel is 5’6” tall, 220lbs with black short, braided hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a multicolored polo shirt, dark gray pants, and has “dalava” tattooed on his left arm.
Mr. Lang is diagnosed with dementia and hypertension.
He has a possible destination of the 800 block of north Chester Avenue in Compton or the 4200 block of Cortland Street in Lynwood.
Lawnzel’s family is concerned for his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
