* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Howell, Manalapan, Tinton Falls, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Farmingdale, Roosevelt, Freewood Acres, and Adelphia. - This includes the following highways...
