Homicide Bureau detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Eduardo Sanchez, who is wanted for a murder that occurred on the 4200 block of East San Luis Street, in the city of Compton on August 10, 2021. Eduardo is a Hispanic, 29 year old male, brown hair, brown eyes, 6’00” and weighs 175 lbs.
The Board of Supervisors has approved a $10,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of Eduardo Sanchez.

LOCATION: 4200 blk East San Luis St., Unincorp. Compton

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators responded to a shooting death investigation. The incident was reported Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 8:58 P.M., on the 4200 block of East San Luis St., unincorporated Compton.
Deputies from the Compton station responded to the location and found a fourteen year old male Hispanic suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
The investigation revealed the family discovered the juvenile was missing on Sunday, August 8. On Monday, August 9, the family reported him missing to the Sheriff's Department. While searching the area for his son on Tuesday, August 10, the father located him inside of a travel trailer parked in the alley.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
