Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the apparent gang related shooting death of a Black man in his 30’s.
Century Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to a liquor store in the 1700 block of East Firestone Boulevard regarding a gunshot victim call at 6:33 PM tonight. Upon arriving, deputies discovered the victim in the location’s parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Two additional gunshot victims, a Black man in his 40’s and a Black woman in her 20’s were transported to a nearby hospital. They were both treated for non-life threatening injuries.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description at this time. The murder weapon remains outstanding.

One male adult victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The other male adult victim was transported to the hospital, in unknown condition.
