Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from Palmdale Station responded to the 36000 block of E. Windtree Circle in Palmdale regarding gunshots heard in the area.
The incident occurred on Saturday May 28, 2022 at approximately 6:44 PM
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, a Black male, 20 to 30 years of age in his vehicle, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description at this time and the murder weapon remains outstanding.
It is unknown if this incident is gang related.
