Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide Bureau investigators are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a Male Hispanic adult. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of East 77th Street in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles on Friday, April 22nd, 2022, at approximately 11:10 PM.
Detectives have learned that deputies assigned to Century Station responded to the location regarding a person down call. Upon their arrival, they located the victim in the middle of street suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper torso.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no known motive or any suspect information. The investigation is ongoing, and there is no other information available at this time.
