Joseph is described as 6’00 tall, 190lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white hoodie, brown pants and black shoes.
Mr. Williams suffers from depression.
Mr. Williams has a possible destination of Pierre Bain Park or W. Lancaster Boulevard and Sierra Highway in Lancaster.
His family is concerned with his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
