Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Jose Ricardo Moran aka “Richie.” He is a 47-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Friday, April 15, 2022 near the 15000 block of Alta Vista Drive in La Mirada.
Jose is 5'07" tall, 175lbs., brown eyes, short black hair, with a full beard.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt with a flower design, blue jeans, and grey/black shoes.
Mr. Moran is diagnosed with mild schizophrenia.
His family is concerned with his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
