Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man. The incident was reported Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at approximately 7:00 a.m., near the 30700 block of Pacific Coast Highway in the city of Malibu.
Lost Hills Sheriff Station Deputies responded to the 30700 block of Pacific Coast Highway regarding a person down call. They arrived and located a male white victim, approximately 58 years old. He was the overnight security guard at the shopping center. Deputies noticed the victim sustained blunt force trauma to his upper torso. LA County Fire Department Paramedics arrived to the location, treated, and ultimately pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
