Detectives with the Norton Shores Police Department were able to collect a fingerprint card in 2010 from relatives which ultimately led to her positive identification after being contacted by authorities in Georgia.  Stacey’s profile had been entered into many national databases over the years by Norton Shores Police Detectives which assisted the Georgia Authorities in identifying Stacy..
The hard work of Norton Shores Police Detectives along with the never-ending work of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations task force ultimately led to Stacey being identified to bring her home and provide closure for the family.  Georgia Bureau of investigations task force continues to investigate this case to find Stacey’s killer and bring the suspect to justice.
