Sheriff's Office investigators seek information in March 12 shooting in Burton 
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on a shooting that occurred on March 12, 2022, in Burton.
Shortly before midnight, deputies were called to a residence at Green Acres regarding gunshot victims.
At the scene, deputies learned there was a party at the home when shots were fired.
During the incident, two males — an adult and a juvenile — sustained gunshot wounds; they were transported to the Beaufort Memorial Hospital (BMH).
The juvenile was treated at BMH and released.
The adult was flown to the Medical University of South Carolina for treatment; he remains hospitalized.
The subject responsible has yet to be identified.
