...Winter Storm Warning Remains In Effect Until 6 AM Mst Saturday...

A Winter Storm Warning For Heavy Snow And Blowing Snow Remains In Effect Until 6 AM MST Saturday.

* Snow Accumulations...6 To 12 Inches With Local Accumulations Up To 18 Inches On Ridgetops And West Facing Slopes.

* Timing...Snow...Mixed With Rain At The Lower Elevations...Will Continue This Evening. Snow Will Intensify Later Tonight And Early Friday As A Cold Front Moves Through The Region. Snow Will Decrease In Coverage And Intensity Saturday Morning.

* Winds...Southwest To South 25 To 35 Mph With Gusts To 55 Mph Tonight Into Early Friday When Winds Will Shift To West. The Stronger Gusts Are Expected Over Ridgetops And Open Areas.

* Snow Levels...Hovering Between 7000 And 8000 Feet Tonight Then Dropping To Valley Bottoms By Early Friday Morning.

* Local Impacts...Hazardous Driving Conditions Are Expected With Visibilities Reduced To One Mile Or Less In Snow And Blowing Snow.
