Mayor Derek Armstead, in partnership with Super Health Pharmacy, will host a Free Covid Vaccination Clinic for individuals age 5+ (with guardian) this Thursday, December 9, from 4pm – 7pm at the Linden PAL Building, 400 Maple Ave. ID is required. No appointment is necessary. Pfizer & Moderna vaccines, as well as third shots and Booster Shots will be available.
- Children ages 5-11 are eligible for the pediatric two-dose Pfizer vaccine.
- Adolescents ages 12-17 are eligible for the two dose Pfizer vaccine.
- If you are 65 or older, a long term-care resident, an adult with underlying medical conditions, or an adult at increased risk of Covid-19 exposure because of your job or living situation you are eligible for a "Booster Shot" of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines at least six months after your second shot.
- If you are moderately or severely immunocompromised, you are eligible for a "Third Dose" of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
