Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person David Texca Tetzopa AKA: Cumbias.
He is a 40 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021, around 1:30 a.m., on the 9000 block of Colima Road in the City of Whittier.
David is 5’05”” tall, 180lbs black hair, brown eyes, missing part of right index finger. He was last seen wearing a burgundy tee shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
