Thursday, October 28th - Upcoming Emergency No Parking Restrictions in Albany. 
Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.
On Friday, October 29th from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Lark Street from State Street to Chestnut Street for emergency sewer work.
Beginning on Monday, November 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 3rd at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of Dove Street near 47 Dove Street.
Beginning on Monday, November 1st until Friday, November 5th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following streets for a city project:
- Both sides of Chestnut St. from 106/157 Chestnut St. to Dove St.
- Both sides of State St. from 251-271 State Street.
- Both sides of Hudson Avenue from 242-284 Hudson Avenue
