**UPD** LASD Homicide Investigates Found Human Remains, Westbound 91 Freeway/Bloomfield Ave (On Ramp), Cerritos 
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives discovered the human remains were discovered on California State Property.
California Highway Patrol will be handling the investigation.
