LOCATION: DUKE WATKINS PARK AND SKATEPARK, NEEDLES, CA
SUSPECT(S): UNKNOWN
VICTIM(S): THE CITY OF NEEDLES
SUMMARY: On October 1, 2021, at approximately 8:25 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department, responded to the Duke Watkins Park for a report of graffiti and vandalism. An unknown suspect used a marking device to tag the bathroom and skate park area. Additionally, fixtures in the men’s restroom were damaged and tagged. Total damage is estimated at $20,000.00.
