*UPD* #LASD Homicide Detectives Continue to Assist Hawthorne PD w/ Death Invst., 11900 blk S. Crenshaw Blvd, Hawthorne
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing to assist the Hawthorne Police Department regarding the stabbing death of a male Black adult that occurred on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 on the 11900 block of S. Crenshaw Blvd., in the city of Hawthorne.
Hawthorne Police officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call at approximately 2:41 P.M.
Upon their arrival, along with paramedics, they discovered the victim inside a transit bus suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper torso.
Paramedics attempted life-saving efforts. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene
Detectives are interviewing potential witnesses and canvassing the area for possible video surveillance.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to West 120th Street and Crenshaw Blvd in the city of Hawthorne to assist Hawthorne Police Department with a death investigation. The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at approximately 2:41 PM.
The male adult was pronounced dead at the scene.
