Narrative:
Camarillo patrol deputies investigated two separate organized retail theft rings over the weekend.  A total of six subjects were arrested.

The first investigation occurred on 9/18/21, when deputies were alerted to a group believed to be involved in an organized retail theft.  Carolina Castillo-Valencia, Johana Morales, Natalie Marin, and an infant child were stopped in a vehicle as it left the area of the outlets.  During a subsequent investigation, deputies discovered stolen property from four different retail stores at the outlets totaling less than $950.  The infant child was found to be in the vehicle when the crimes occurred.

Castillo-Valencia, Morales, and Marin were booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for numerous theft and child endangerment related charges.  Castillo-Valencia and Morales remained in custody with bail set at $5,000.  Marin was released on her own recognizance.

The second investigation occurred on 9/19/2021, when an alert store clerk reported a theft and included a vehicle description.  Camarillo patrol deputies located the vehicle leaving the area and initiated a traffic stop.  The vehicle was occupied by Roberto Guzman, Jaime DeLeon, and Mayra Ordonez.  The driver initially provided false information about his identity.  During a subsequent investigation, they located burglary tools and stolen merchandise from seven different stores totaling over $3,000.

Guzman, De Leon, and Ordonez were booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for numerous theft related charges.  Guzman remained in custody with a set bail of $200,000, Ordonez had a set bail of $60,000, and De Leon had a set bail of $5,000.
