Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a 32 year old white male in Palmdale.
Palmdale Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to an apartment building in the 38000 block of 5th Street East regarding a gunshot victim call at 8:50 pm last night. Upon arriving they discovered the victim unresponsive in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description at this time; however, two juvenile Hispanic males were seen running away from the scene at the time of the shooting.
The murder weapon remains outstanding. This shooting does not appear to be gang related.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he passed away.
