Sheriff's Office investigators seek information on road rage incident in greater Bluffton on Friday 
Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office investigators are seeking information about a road rage incident that occurred this evening in greater Bluffton.
Just after 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, a woman was driving on Cape Jasmine Street near Cotton Grass Lane when a newer model white sedan pulled out in front of her and nearly hit her car.
When the woman honked her horn in response to the near collision, the driver of the sedan stopped, exited his vehicle, drew his pistol and shot in the direction of the woman’s vehicle, striking it once.
The woman was not injured.
The shooter, described as a black male in his early 20s, drove away from the scene in the direction of Gibbet Road.
