INCIDENT: Attempted Murder
LOCATION: 500 block Desnok Street in Needles.
SUSPECT(S): Jeffrey Tiffany, 63-year-old resident of Westminster
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, July 31, 2021, at 9:01 p.m., Deputies from the Colorado River Sheriff’s station / Needles Police were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of Desnok Street for a report of domestic violence. Deputies arrived on scene and learned Jeffrey Tiffany assaulted the victim then fled the scene. Deputies were unable to locate Tiffany and obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Deputies located Tiffany on August 1, 2021, on the I40 freeway in Essex and placed him under arrest. Tiffany was interviewed by Detectives and later booked into the Colorado River station jail for attempted murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
