Advisory: Lower Rd closed Ave C - 21st St due to gasoline spill. Pls avoid area. 
Lower Rd is closed between 21st St & Avenue C due to a gasoline leak on the Rahway River Tank Field on Lower Rd. The leak has been stopped, and there is no danger to residents at this time. Air quality is being monitored and residents are advised to remain indoors and close windows should the fumes become overwhelming.
