MISSING PERSON: Howard Willingham a 25-year-old resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at approximately 7:43 am, the Apple Valley Police Department received a report of a missing adult. Howard Willingham is missing from his residence in the 21000 block of Soboba Road in Apple Valley. The Apple Valley Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating Howard Willingham.
Mr. Willingham, who has an intellectual disability but can care for himself, was last seen at his residence at 4:00 am this morning. Willingham left a note stating he was going to meet someone in Austin, Texas. He is described as 5'11" tall, 130 lbs., with black hair and black eyes. It is unknown what Willingham was wearing when he left. Deputies conducted an extensive search; however, it was unsuccessful.
