Narrative:
On June 26, 2021, members of the Ventura County Post Release Offender Supervision Unit contacted and arrested known gang members Peter Robledo, Nico Gordon and Luis Martinez for possession of an unregistered firearm and narcotics sales.

On June 26, 2021, members of the Ventura County Post Release Offender Supervision Unit contacted Robledo who is a known gang member near a hotel in the 3000 Block of E. Main Street in Ventura.  Robledo is a PROS offender under the supervision of the Ventura County Probation Agency.  PROS officers detained Robledo and then searched a hotel room associated to him.  During the search of the room, officers contacted known gang member and PROS offender Nico Gordon, known gang member and probationer Luis Martinez and probationer Amanda Valenzuela.  All four subjects were detained and officers conducted a search of the room.

During the search, officers located a loaded and unregistered firearm, over 200 grams of methamphetamine, 24 grams of heroin and over 300 counterfeit prescription pills.  Officers also located evidence indicative of narcotics sales and forged personal checks.  The firearm located is commonly referred to as a “Ghost Gun” due to the lack of commercial serial number, which makes the firearm untraceable and allows the possessor to circumvent regulated background checks by the Department of Justice.  Robledo, Gordon, Martinez and Valenzuela all have extensive criminal histories that prohibit them from owning and or possessing firearms or ammunition.

Based on the investigation, all four subjects were arrested for various narcotics sales and illegal firearm’s possession.  All four subjects were booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility.

The Ventura County Post Release Offender Supervision Unit is comprised of Deputy Probation Officers from the Ventura County Probation Agency, a Ventura Police Department Officer, a Simi Valley Police Department Officer, and a Deputy Sheriff with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
