The Palos Heights Police Department wants to remind you that Winterfest 2010 is happening at Lake Katherine on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010, from Noon-4PM.
There will be many activities for children, as well as adults, and include but not limited to Animals for Awareness, Winter Games, Teddy Bear Hospital, Children's Craft, Hay Rides, Candle Making, Big Run Wolf Ranch, Palos Heights Fire Dept Ice Rescue Demo, Ice Sculpting, Food and Snow Shoe Rental, and much more.
Due to the popularity of the event, there will be increased pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the area of IL RT83/75th Ave. Please use caution when in the area.
