Weekend and Yard Waste Drop Off

Weekend and Yard Waste Drop Off 
The City of Oneonta will be leaving a container outside the yard on Silas Ln for weekend brush and yard waste drop offs. The container is placed directly outside the gate (see attached image). This container will be provided on weekends and holidays from now until November 21st.
Please follow the rules below:
- Yard waste bags may only consist of leaves, twigs, evergreen clippings, roots, stumps, and plants.
- Yard waste bags shall not contain any rocks, dirt, lumber, firewood, household trash, or foreign objects.
- Any generic biodegradable yard waste bag can be used; plastic bags will not be accepted.
- Program is for residentially-generated brush only, not contractor removals or trimmings
