**UPDATE** #LASD Homicide Detectives Responded to a Shooting Death Investigation, 9200 block of Mandale St, #Bellflower

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a male adult that occurred on the 9200 block of Mandale St. in Bellflower on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at approximately 7:02 P.M. 
 
Detectives have learned that deputies assigned to Lakewood Sheriff’s Station responded to the location regarding a rescue call. Upon their arrival, they were directed to an unresponsive male adult (victim) in the rear bedroom of the location.  It was determined the victim had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
 
The victim, a 35 year old male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Homicide Detectives are currently canvassing the area for potential witnesses and video surveillance footage.

NARRATIVE: 
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to 9200 block of Mandale St, Bellflower regarding the shooting death of a male adult. The incident occurred on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at approximately 7:02 P.M.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.
