**UPDATE** #LASD Homicide Responded to a Shooting Investigation, 23400blk of Anchor Avenue, Carson
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting of male. The incident occurred on Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at approximately 7:29 a.m., on the 23400 block of Anchor Avenue in the City of Carson.
The male Hispanic and his female Hispanic girlfriend, both in their mid 20’s were seated in a vehicle at the location. They were approached by three male Hispanic suspects in their mid 20’s. The suspects attempted to rob the male victim of his wrist watch. When the male victim refused, one or more of the suspects fired numerous rounds striking the male victim.
The female victim transported the male victim in the vehicle to a local hospital where he is listed as death imminent.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
