Sheriff's Air Rescue transported a near drowning victim to Havasu Regional Hospital for treatment

INCIDENT: Major Injury Boat Accident/Near Drowning
LOCATION: Lake Havasu, CA
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, May 29, 2021, Colorado River Station Marine Enforcement Unit was flagged down by subjects on a boat, on Lake Havasu near Havasu Landing Casino. Deputies were told a male victim fell off his personal watercraft and was drowning in the water. The good samaritans in a boat were flagged down prior to deputies arrival and had the victim on their boat. San Bernardino County Fire responded to Havasu Landing Marina and began rendering aid to the victim. The victim was transported by San Bernardino County Sheriff's Air Rescue to Havasu Regional Hospital for further treatment.
