Mayor Derek Armstead, in partnership with Super Health Pharmacy, will host a Free Covid Vaccination Clinic FOR LINDEN RESIDENTS age 12+ this Friday, May 21st, from 10am - 4pm at the Linden PAL Building, 400 Maple Ave. ID is required. No appointment is necessary, however, patients are required to complete the consent form found using the link below:
