On 4/29/21, at about 8:45 p.m., an 85-year-old male Richard Eustis walked away from his apartment complex near Hodencamp Drive and Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. Richard is a white male, 5'09", 140, gray hair, wearing a white t-shirt, black sweat pants, white socks, and no shoes.
