Sheriff's Office deputies are on scene with a barricaded subject at a residence on Rasta Drive, Hilton Head Island.
A short time ago, the Sheriff's Office was alerted that a wanted subject was inside a residence on Rasta Drive. Deputies responded to the residence, but the male subject refused to come out.
Deputies are working to resolve the situation.
Residents and motorists near Rasta Drive/Oakview Road can expect to see an increased law enforcement presence, and are asked to avoid the area if possible.
