Friday, April 2nd - Upcoming Emergency No Parking Restrictions in Albany. 
Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.
Beginning on Sunday, April 4th at 6:00 a.m. until Friday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Watervliet Avenue from Commerce Avenue to Industrial Park Road for sidewalk reconstruction.
Beginning on Monday, April 5th at 7:00 a.m. until Tuesday, April 6th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of State Street near 429 State Street for service vehicles.
Beginning on Monday, April 5th at 7:00 a.m. until Tuesday, April 6th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on Winthrop Avenue from #77 10 #95 Winthrop Avenue and the east side of Terrace Avenue near 21 Terrace Avenue for sidewalk replacement.
Beginning on Monday, April 5th at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, April 9th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Livingston Avenue from North Pearl Street to Broadway for underground repairs.
On Tuesday, April 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north sides of State Street near 395 State Street and the north side of Chestnut Street near 165 Chestnut Street for a move.
On Wednesday, April 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of Harris Avenue near 56 Harris Avenue for a move.
