Deputies contacted Simon Garcia of Needles and he was arrested for possession of brass knuckles & drug paraphernalia

INCIDENT: PC 21810 (A) Possession of brass knuckles / HS 11364(A) Possession of drug paraphernalia.
LOCATION: O St / Race St., Needles
SUSPECT: Simon Garcia, 32 years old, resident of Needles, California
VICTIM: State of California
SUMMARY:
On April 1, 2021 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a bike stop for failure to have a forward facing light on a bicycle in the roadway. During the investigation, Garcia was found to be in possession of brass knuckles and a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. Garcia was arrested and booked for PC 21810 possession of brass knuckles and HS 11364 - possession of drug paraphernalia.
