Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.

Beginning on Thursday, February 18th at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, April 30th at 10:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of Lark Street just south of Hamilton Street for delivery and service vehicles.

Beginning on Thursday, February 18th at 11:00 a.m. until Friday, April 30th at 9:00 p.m., parking will be restricted in the following areas for business patrons:

Center Square:

- Lark Street and Madison Avenue
- Jay Street and Lark Street
- Lark Street and Washington Avenue
- Lark Street and Spring Street
- Lark Street and Chestnut Street
- Hudson Avenue and Lark Street
- Madison Avenue and Willett Street
- Hamilton Street and South Swan Street
- Henry Johnson Boulevard and Washington Avenue

New Scotland Avenue:

- New Scotland Avenue and Ontario Street
- New Scotland Avenue and Grove Avenue

Midtown:

- West Street and North Lake Avenue
- Henry Johnson Boulevard and Clinton Avenue

Downtown:

- North Pearl Street form Maiden Lane to Pine Street
- Sheridan Avenue and Chapel Street
- North Pearl and State Street
- State Street and Lodge Street
- South Pearl Street and Hudson Avenue
- State Street and Green Street
- South Pearl Street and Madison Avneue
- Madison Avenue and Grand Street
- Columbia Street and South Pearl Street
- James Street and Columbia Street
- Madison Avenue and Fulton Street
- North Pearl Street and Pine Street

Beginning on Thursday, February 18th until Sunday, May 30th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of New Scotland Avenue near Maplwood Street for library pick-up and drop off vehicles.

On Friday, February 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Madison Avenue near Partridge Street for a funeral

On Sunday, February 21st from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of South Lake Avenue just south of Morris Street.
