NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are assisting El Monte Police Department in an officer-involved shooting death investigation. The incident was reported Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 2:03 p.m., on the corner of Durfee Road and Garvey Avenue in the city of El Monte.
The male adult suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
