Detectives with the Crimes Against Children Detail arrested Richard Sepe for multiple sex crimes against children

PC 288a(c)(1) - Oral Copulation with a Minor
PC 288 - Lewd or Lascivious Acts with Child

SUSPECT: Richard Allen Sepe, 67-year-old resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): five-year-old female 10-year-old female
13-year-old female 11-year-old female
10-year-old female 13-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Investigations Division, Crimes Against Children (CAC) Detail concluded a six-month sexual abuse investigation. Through the investigation, detectives identified Richard Allen Sepe as the suspect. Detectives discovered evidence of the crime of continuous sexual abuse of several minors, under the age of 14, was committed by Sepe.
At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives arrested Sepe. He was booked into West Valley Detention Center for violation of PC 288.5(c) continuous sexual abuse of a minor, under the age 14, PC288a(c)(1) oral copulation with minor under 14, PC 288 lewd or lascivious acts with child and PC 289 digital penetration, with bail set at $500,000.
