Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) has concluded their tactical response regarding the barricaded suspect at 37600 blk of 13^th Street East, Palmdale.
 
After several hours and verbal attempts by LASD Palmdale station personnel along with SEB the suspect surrendered to deputies and was taken into custody with no further incident.

INCIDENT:  Armed Barricaded Assault Suspect
 
DATE: Wednesday, February 10, 2021
 
TIME:  Approximately 8:15 a.m.
 
LOCATION:  37600 block of 13^th St. East in Palmdale
 
SUSPECT:  Male Adult
 
UNIT:  Special Enforcement Bureau
 
NARRATIVE:
 
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) personnel are responding to assist Palmdale Station with an armed barricaded assault suspect. The incident was reported Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at approximately 8:15 a.m., on the 37600 block of 13^th St. East in Palmdale.
 
SEB personnel will assume tactical command and attempt to bring this to a peaceful conclusion.
 
The surrounding homes have been evacuated for the safety of the residents.
 
There is no additional information available.
