| Narrative: |
On 1/15/21, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Detectives from the Thousand Oaks Special Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of Thousand Oaks Directed Enforcement Unit, arrested Mantej Sunner for Possession for Sales and Transportation of Controlled Substances.
The Thousand Oaks Special Enforcement Unit concluded a four-month long investigation into Sunner’s involvement with the sales of narcotics to residents of Ventura County. On 1/15/21, detectives contacted Sunner in the area of Cochran Street and Capital Way in the City of Simi Valley. Sunner, who is on Post Release Community Supervision and a documented gang member within Thousand Oaks, was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and approximately 239 grams of Xanax.
Based on the investigation, Sunner was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for H&S 11375(b)(1)-Possession and Transportation of Controlled Substance, H&S 11364(a)-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and P.C. 3454-Pros Flash Hold. Sunner is currently being held without bail for the above listed charges.
