DETAILS: On Saturday January 2, 2021 at 10:57 pm, Stations #43 & #44 and Patrol Units were detailed to a residence on Millstone Road on a report of a fire in the garage (detached from residence). After battling the blaze for a lenghty bout by WWDFES, Stations #43, #44, & #49, the large fire was contained and extinguished.
There were no injuries to any of the First Responders. The initial findings were that the fire's orgin was undetermined, however, not to believed to be susicious at this time. The WWPD Detective Bureau is continuing the investigation along with our partners at the WW Division of Fire & Emergency Services and the MCPO Arson Unit, If anyone has any pertinent information into the fire please contact Det.
