On 1/1/2021, a warrant was issued on Dustin Scott Harrison, male, age 28, for the Murder of Orlando Kilgore. Homicide Detectives arrested Harrison driving up to his residence. Harrison was interviewed and later booked into the Potter County Jail.
####Original Release####
At approximately 1:55AM on January 1, 2021, officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Dumas Dr at the Hamlet Shopping Center, on a subject who had been shot. While enroute, officers were advised there were multiple victims. Four victims were transported to area hospitals. Orlando Kilgore, male, age 29, was declared deceased at the hospital. The Homicide unit, the Violent Crimes Unit, and the Shooting Response Team responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
